Gut Loving Recipe: Pumpkin Raisin Power Balls

A quick and nutritious snack, free from any added sugar.

Makes 16 balls

Ingredients:

100g porridge oats
125g pumpkin purée 
100g Vita Plantae

Method:
In a large bowl, mix porridge oats with pumpkin purée until well combined.
Add Vita Plantae and mix again.
Using a tablespoon scoop out 20g for each ball and roll gently with your hands.

Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.

Store power balls in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
