Gut Loving Recipe: Upside down California Walnut Granola froyo cheesecake

Ingredients:
California Walnut Rollagranola
Live Greek yogurt/ live non-dairy alternative
Smooth nut butter
Optional toppings: chocolate sauce & dark choc shavings
Method:
Layer thick yogurt into a ramekin or small glass & pop in the freezer for 10 mins.
While that’s freezing, mix a handful granola with 1 heaped tsp nut butter to bind (crush any big clusters with the back of a clean spoon before adding the nut butter).
Grab your froyo & run a butter knife around the edge to tease away from the sides.
Add a layer of nut butter & then layer your granola, pressing in tight.
Pop back in the freezer & remove 2 mins before serving.
Flip over onto a plate & dig in to that epic crunch... or fancy the traditional way? Drizzle choc sauce & shavings of dark choc & dig in straight from the ramekin/dish.
