Gut Loving Recipe - The best porridge

Ingredients

- 360ml milk of choice

- 100g oats

- 1 tbs peanut butter

- 1 mashed banana

- 1 tbs maple syrup

- 100g berries

optional:

+ extra peanut butter for topping

+ Chocolate

Method

1. If you're using frozen berries, place in a bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds, stir, replace for 20 seconds and set aside.

2. Add the mashed banana, oats, maple syrup, milk (I use cashew milk and peanut butter to a saucepan.

3. Put the saucepan on a low heat and stir every few minutes for 10 minutes or until it takes a stodgy consistency.

4. Spoon the porridge into a bowl and top with berries. Add some extra peanut butter to top and/ or push some chocolate into the warm porridge so it melts. THE BEST.
